When I recall back on my early times when I was such an ordinary kid I remember those days of negative thoughts and negative people. When I had dreams and plans of being wealthy and achieve all my Goals in life.
As anyone starting to dream I was basically telling anyone I meet that "Someday I am going to be somebody " before even I knew that there are some negative people who do not just stop at being negative and depressed but they go for more than this. They frustrate and depress others.
These people I knew after a while they were called Dream Stealers, yes there are people out there who steal of other people's dreams, and let me tell you they are more dangerous than regular thieves we all know.
You need to learn how to deal with negative people and negative thought.
As you may already know these people frustrate us and steal our dreams by sending negative ideas which affect our subconscious mind and remain there which in their turn lower our energy for working and making our dreams reality.Can you see how destructive this could be? Those sample phrases like:
- You can not do it.
- It is hard to succeed in those days.
- You will lose to much if you tried to do. . .
- Just live as all you parents did.
"To have things you did not use to have, you need to do things you did not use to do "
Frankly speaking I have been always considering myself a positive person live in a negative world, but some times I may fall in the trap of negativity. So it has been clear that needing to let go of negativity and learning how to deal with negative thoughts is a must for any successful man.
And here are some few tips you may need to consider to achieve such a target:
- Put yourself always above those negative people
- If those are your family and relatives, love them but keep the visit time as short as possible, remember "depression is an infectious disease"
- Always ask your self "How much I gained from complaining every time?"
- Replace the negative thoughts you may hear or say to your self with positive one.
- If you see that you will feel negative, catch your self and stop what you are doing, change your mood by changing your motion.
